- Tír na nOg sponsors regular in house re-training, staff are encouraged to devlop their skills and knowledge by attending revelent courses regularly.
- Extra help is always available to help in any room if a child is unwell or upset and staff keep management informed about any concerns they may have about a child to ensure best support can be put in place.
Care and welfare of the children at Tír na nOg is always in partnership with parents. A “diary system” travels between home and creche daily and frequent newsletters keep families updated on the general news of the creche. Parents are always reminded of our open door policy and are welcome to drop by their child’s room or to chat with management in the office at any time.
